Back Office Support/Collection Officer/Customer Sales and Service Coordinator
I have been a Customer Sales and Service Coordinator for 3 years.
Doing sales and marketing of copier products, by way of telemarketing, email, and face-to-face meetings to negotiate and close the sales for the company. I achieved an increase in sales and clients that helped my former company gain additional revenue.
I'm also a Digital Content Creator/VA promoting affiliate products and digital products through social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and gain reputation.
By profession I have been a Back Office Support and Collection Agent in US accounts for 3 years, doing collections and processing of payments from our clients. We help our clients by providing better solutions to their problems like processing extension agreements and recurring payments procedures.
I do also admin tasks such as data entry, data management, and data completion with 100 % accuracy and secured in a timely manner. In doing so I have an achievement of being a Monthly Top Performer in the Back-office department, whilst exceeding in KPI.
I am a team player, responsible, flexible, and have a strong work ethic type of employee.
