In my 5 years of experience as Certified Pharmacy Assistant (I was passed in Pharmacy Services NCIII Exam) (Sales Specialist) I have done and experience so many things in this field as a P.A we're not just giving and ensuring customers welfare by giving them an accurate knowledge and understanding in the information about our products and services, but as well as being a front liner I learn how to have an effective response in customer question and concern. Being a front liner for 5 years it is really challenging and yet enjoyable having to communicate with other people especially to customer. I maybe lack in experience but I'm always willing to learn and a fast learner.
