Responsible to monitor daily activities of the Production Section and aids, assists the duties and responsibilities of the Supervisor in his absence, to oversee the production processes and to make production plan in order to meet the required production quantity. 2. Controls work Operations carried out by the workers in production to make sure that the Rules and Regulations in Quality Management System are observe. 3. Take actions to correct and finding measures to prevent problems that occur within the work units. 4. Plans job of subordinates according to the work plan and report the results of work to superiors. 5. Monitors production process to ensure target productivity has been meet, and formulate actions to minimize and/or eliminate NG and scrap percentage. 6. Checks all documents, make manual for the operation and revise if there is needed to be adjust.
