I began my BPO journey with Teleperformance in late 2015 as a Tier 1 Travel Specialist for a major travel agency. After showcasing proficiency in routine tasks, I was promoted to Tier 2 in June 2016, where I handled escalated situations and managed travel reservations using specialized tools like Sabre and Amadeus. Transitioning to iQor in March 2020, I started as a Back Office Agent for a low-cost carrier airline account. Within three months, I became a Subject Matter Expert, providing support to colleagues and contributing to special projects. In September 2021, I moved to the General Reservations team as a Subject Matter Expert, assisting voice agents, managing escalations, and providing coaching for professional development. In this role, I meticulously audit agents' waivers, generate client reports, and facilitate feedback communication to the operations team. Before my BPO career, I worked as a Registered Radiographer from 2013 to mid-2015, gaining valuable experience in medical procedures in hospital and clinical settings.
