Hi, I'm an Indonesian. I can speak Bahasa, English, and a little bit of Chinese (daily conversation). I never work really in Customer service before, but I have experience working as accounts receivable which are I learned basic knowledge about CS. How to talk with customers and handling customers. And my job desc are email and call handling (inbound and outbound), ask the customer to pay an invoice that almost overdue, register dispute if there is a case, and need to follow up it until it solves.
