Good day, Hiring Manager! As a former Customer Service Representative with both Voice and Non-voice accounts, with two and a half years of experience working with American clients, I am enthusiastically applying for the position of Virtual Assistant. Honestly speaking, I didn't finish college and don't have a degree. I am just a Senior High graduate taking up General Academic Strand. It was very difficult to live here in our country, particularly if you didn't finish university. But through Business Process Outsourcing companies, They accepted and believed in my communication and problem-solving skills.
