With this, I know how to perform Microsoft Applications such as Word and Excel. It was a great opportunity to work with people from various departments because it developed my interpersonal skills. I used to sell handwoven products in school when I was still studying in college to support my studies. With this, I learned how to market a product and generate sales. Currently, I am working as Customer Service Representative in a BPO company for four years. Working with Transcom Worldwide (Philippines) Inc. allowed me to experienced providing good customer service and processing data. In several years of working in this industry, I am able to hit my KPIs such as Quality and Average Handling Time. Last year, I was selected among 20 agents who are qualified working at home. I believe that I can be fit for the role through my skills, experiences, and having a positive attitude.
