Hello, I am Carlo Esquivel, 24 yrs old living in Cagayan de Oro City Philippines. I am interested to help your company and I am willing to share my skills and knowledge. I am willing to learn and want to help grow this company. As to be hired in a company and a team that always pursuing to be successful I would like to raise a concern about one of our product that have been recently getting negative feedback from our customers, I have seen this past few days that this product is always notifying to the customers experienced and I would like to ask what can we do so that this will not continue and it would less in the next days or weeks because it can affect our company and our team. What is causing this negative feedback? Is it our shipping? packaging? or in the product itself. what improvements can we try and take on so that this will not happen to our different products in the future. I would like to help and also if what can I do so that this issue will not take long.
