I am an experienced customer service representative and have worked on different accounts over the last 17 years. Handled different accounts like Cricket Wireless, T-Mobile UK and USA, American Express, Nationstar Mortgage, and Suntrust Bank. Started as a sales representative, moved to the customer service team, and worked as a team leader. I help my agents in terms of handling calls, and creating action plans on how to improve customer service experience.
