I have enough experience in handling customer queries and have been delegated to do administrative job such as calling various people for information and inquiries. I am a former Overseas worker from Singapore as a restaurant manager for almost a decade. I believe the length of my stay overseas and my day to day life helped me gain confidence in English language, both written and speaking. I am currently enrolled in a Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant course and have already completed Social media management, product research and product listing. I have learned basic product research tools and applications such as Helium10,Jungle scout and Unicorn smasher. I also learned basic graphic designing through Canva. I also have big interest in creative writing hence, I am also enrolled in a copywriting class which I am on my 2nd week now (29 OCT 2020) I am a fast learner and goal oriented.
