Aside from being an Administrative Assistant, I am also a part time baker. This hobby had brought so much for our family. It became our bread and butter but the same time, as a family, we enjoy making our own bread and pastries. I have worked as an Administrative Assistant and Social Media/Account Manager focusing on responding to emails, communicating with clients, setting and attending meetings, filing, handling database, creating marketing collaterals using Canva Pro, posting and managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest, send a reply to comments on social media, plan and execute business costing and process transactions using Oracle system of the company. As our means of communication, we are using Skype, Slack, Click up, Trello, Freshdesk, FB Messenger, and Hangout. My work experiences provides me an opportunity to be more organized, responsible and be mindful to every detail. It also helped me to develop time management and prioritized workload to complete and meet the deadlines. I am very much open for suggestion and criticism because I believe these will help me become a better person. I also enjoy collaboration and sharing of work and life experiences.
