Preparing a quotation for the events and long term contracts. • In charge of the online bookings of the sports venue. • Calling the clients every day for the reconfirmation of the said booking. • Filling up Material Requisition Form for the needs of the facility. • Communicating link between all users of the facility and sports facility management team. • Organizing files such as quotations, invoices, MOR and contracts. • Making weekly sales report and income, to be send to the Manager and CEO. • Coordinate with the General Manager for the leagues, tournaments and events. • Dealing with clients on a daily basis and solving any problems that arise. • Promote the facility and market the brand of Koora Dome. • Approach companies for long term bookings. • Developing new concepts to increase the Koora Dome’s revenue • Acting General Manager if his on leave. • Responsible for the receipt of cash, cheques and credit/debit card transactions and hand over to accounts.
