I am Jimesther Buyco graduated with masters degree in business administration at University of the Immaculate Conception. I pursue my masters degree at the same school and finished last October 2019. I am working full time to do my duties and responsibilities as a banker with hard work and passion weekdays and a student during weekends. I have 7 years work experienced in financial services and banking industry which I can say that I have an extensive experience and skills in customer service. Cash handling with 3 years of experienced as a bank teller, administrative tasks in which I also answer phone calls, address clients concern, emails and etc. I can multi-task things to expedite transactions without sacrificing efficiency of work. I do data encoding, I was assigned for 2 years in new accounts where I encoded datas of clients in the system. I have good time management skills, I always see to it that I can really finish my work before end of the day or a head of deadlines. In my 7 years in banking industry experienced, I was also assigned as sales associate or customer relations specialist in the branch for 2 years. Encoding applications, offering/selling different products of the bank were my everyday routine. Posting bank’s product to social media, sending via emails, calling prospect clients to avail our products were some of my functions. I do extra effort in my job to give clients an extra ordinary service that they deserve. I have one year part-time job experienced as a detail rater wherein I do reviewing instagram off topic survey ads or instagram related ads under transcription platform and 4 months experienced as administrative associate where in I do managing emails, keeping records, monitoring purchases and orders, data entry and customer care specialists. I can also give service for graphic design, online research, and transcriptionist. I may have been working in the fields for years, but I believe that there’s always a room for improvement and new learnings that's why I am very much willing to undergo trainings for the tasks that will given to me.
