I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Negros Oriental State University. I been to a lot of different work since I am a working student. Currently, I am an appointment setter, medical billing and coding specialist. I was able to have an opportunity to work both with a private and in the government sector. During my time of tenure in one BPO company, I held the position Tier II Customer Service Representative for an International Telecommunications Prepaid Account, which is Straight Talk, where I deal with Technical Support related issues and provides solutions and the best service to the customers in order for them to have satisfaction.
