* Setting up new company in QBO and date migration. * Integration of online banks and credit cards into QBO. * Converting pdf bank statement and bulk manual uploading of QBO bank file in QBO. * Catch up prior year's transactions and cleaning up of QBO transactions. * Set up the chart of chart of accounts, products and services set up, payroll set up, class tracking and others. * Daily bookkeeping by reclassifying transactions and create rules for recurring transactions. * Bank and Credit card reconciliation. * Posting month end closing entries. * Review AR report and AP report for clean up. * Review and finalize the Profit and Loss report and Balance sheet report for tax reporting. * Review intercompany transactions * Customer account reconciliation. * Vendor account reconciliation. * Fixed asset registry and monitoring of fixed assets. * Assist in setting up QBO payroll and can process weekly or bi-monthly QBO Payroll run. * Review and tie up payroll reports from other 3rd party app like Paychex, Gusto, and others. * Review and tie up AR report and AP report in B[hidden]. * Review and tie up transactions from Stripe, Clio and others.
