I've worked as a Supervisor in one of the accounts from my BPO / Call center experience when I was a fresh graduate from college. Dealing with irate customers, doing follow ups every single day until their issues will be resolved, contacting various partner companies for possible leads is what I do for the past 2 years of my career. It helped me gain confidence especially in communicating with various people over the phone and improved my skills in using the English language as a medium of communication. Presently, I work as a Senior Bookkeeper in one of the Schools Districts at the Department of Education here in the Philippines.
