I have worked as a Customer Service support, Technical support, Subject Matter Expert, Bookkeeper, Senior Trainer and DATA POC with Intuit QuickBooks Online for a total of 7 years. That makes me have an excellent understanding towards customer service, clerical works, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll preparation through Intuit QuickBooks. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills. I also have good organizational skills which makes me systematic and organize when working. I am computer literate, have worked using MS office's software and Gsuite. I have good skillset with Excel and Spreadsheet. I am an expert with US payroll, US taxes and forms preparations.
