Hire Virtual Assistant In The Philippines

I have been a medical virtual assistant for a month but my past client laid me off because of her marital problems. So I am now seeking another VA position where I can be of help. Even if just a general VA position. Preferably the back office type of work, no phone handling if possible (I have an infant that breastfeeds from time to time) I don’t want to have problems where callers can hear a baby crying in the background. (Even if I use noise cancelling headset and app) I am an extremely fast learner. Willing to be trained and we have a reliable internet provider running at 35mbps and above. I am willing to do the tedious stuff of data entry or whatnot, so if possible, please no phone handling. Thank you.
